Karma and Lotus are a pair of bonded sweet, shy girls that need a patient, gentle and quiet family. They are very cuddly and affectionate with each other. They are highly intelligent and play hard. They love climbing and running around. They can often be found sleeping on the top of the cat tree, hunting toys or chasing each other. They also really enjoy sitting on window sills and watching the outside action. Both girls are extremely timid and easily spooked.
Karma has made a lot of progress since she first came into care. She used to hide and remain hiding when we entered the room, but she no longer does. She is vocal and likes to ask for treats; she is highly food motivated.
Lotus is still much more apprehensive and untrusting of people, she needs more time to feel secure. They are learning to accept human touch and though they are still afraid they have never hissed or growled.
The girls will need a home that is happy to take their time allowing them to settle in and feel safe. They would likely do best in a calm home with no kids or other animals
