If you reciprocate his slow blinks, you're guaranteed to be his new best friend. His purr isn't a loud rumbly one, but he'll show you how much he loves your snuggles with headbutts and demonstrating how long he can extend his legs while he accepts your belly rubs. Warren absolutely loves kids and, as far as we've seen, gets along well with dogs and cats. He's a super chill guy and would likely do well in just about any environment, as long as he's guaranteed lots of rubs.
