I understand that the purpose of this volunteer relationship is to provide unpaid support to Heart and Soul Dog and Cat Rescue in their day-to-day operations.

If providing transport for animals - I will safely transport the animal(s) to and/or from the requested locations.

If providing transport for animals - I will return the animal(s) to their designated foster or Heart and Soul Dog and Cat Rescue Society representative after the transport is complete, as the animal(s) is only temporarily in my care and belong to Heart and Soul Dog and Cat Rescue Society.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Volunteer Program of Heart & Soul Dog & Cat Rescue Society, you must agree to assume all risks of loss or injury, including death, to yourself or damage to your property while on the premises of Heart & Soul Dog & Cat Rescue Society, and elsewhere resulting directly or indirectly from your involvement and participation in the Volunteer program. *
